“A 52-year-old man named Valdenir De Souza has been arrested in New Hanover County, North Carolina, on felony peeping charges following an incident at a local library branch. The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office reported that a 17-year-old boy encountered De Souza holding a cellphone over his bathroom stall at the Pine Valley location on College Rd. A confrontation ensued between the teen and De Souza, leading to law enforcement intervention and De Souza’s subsequent arrest for felony Secret Peeping.”
