Topsail High School Selects Jack Darling as New Wrestling Coach
Amidst recent changes in coaching staff, Topsail High School in Hampstead, North Carolina, has appointed Jack Darling to lead their wrestling program. Following the removal of the previous coach in March, the school’s Athletics Department announced Darling’s hiring. Hailing from Massachusetts, Darling boasts an impressive wrestling pedigree, having achieved the remarkable feat of being a four-time State Champion Wrestler in high school. Additionally, he has been recognized as a three-time National High School Coaches Association All-American. Transitioning from a successful high school wrestling career, Darling continued his athletic journey as a Division I wrestler representing Virginia Tech University in the competitive Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).
