“Domino’s Pizza and Wilmington Fire Department Join Forces for Fire Safety Awareness”

“Domino’s Pizza and Wilmington Fire Department Launch Initiatives for Fire Prevention Month”

To mark fire prevention month, Domino’s Pizza is banding together with the Wilmington Fire Department to promote fire safety measures to the community. Beginning Tuesday, every Domino’s Pizza outlet in Wilmington will feature fire safety flyers on their pizza boxes. These flyers will highlight a compelling comparison: for the cost of a pizza, you could purchase a smoke alarm.

Ismael Batres, a spokesperson for Domino’s in the Cape Fear region, emphasized that such collaborations are critical for promoting communal engagement. “Here at Domino’s, we are committed to deepening our ties with the community. Our collaborative work with the fire department forms part of our ongoing efforts to contribute meaningfully towards the work of our first responders,” Batres explained.

In addition, the Wilmington Fire Department is providing smoke alarms free of charge to residents living within the city limits, highlighting their commitment to ensuring the safety of the city’s inhabitants.
